Prior to putting my home on the market, I had PurEmerald out to clean my tile floors, carpet, and rugs. I had purchased their services at a charitable auction; so, I didn’t really know what to expect. Well, they arrived as scheduled and were professional/courteous. I was concerned about the only room left with carpet. There were multiple stains and I was afraid the carpet would have to replaced. PurEmerald worked their magic and to my astonishment, the carpet looked new. Stains gone! They had succeeded where another company and my own steam cleaning had failed. Then they moved to the tile. Over the course of a decade, the grout had turned a brownish color. Despite getting on my hands and knees with a toothbrush, I could never seem to get the grout clean. Once again PurEmerald worked their magic. The grout was restored back to its original off white finish. The floors looked brand new! So, for a fraction of what I would have spent replacing the carpet, I was able to to have all my floors and rugs cleaned. I would wholeheartedly recommend PurEmerald. They will definitely be cleaning my new home as well.
